From the beginning so many of faculty and staff at East Wake High School led the way in instilling pride, camaraderie, connection as they helped build the East Wake Community. For years the East Wake teachers remained a close knit group of passionate people working toward the common good of providing a motivating place for students to get a great education.
There was very little change in staff year to year. which was one huge reason for sustained success in building the community and educating young people.

The new blood teachers then included Robbie Kimball, Cindi Crabtree, Dusty Burns, Johnny Sasser, Gene Yeragin, Miriam Strickland, Judy Gay & Greg Dragos.
